Hi, I'm Katie!

I live in South Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador, with my husband and two children. South Brook is my hometown, and I am so very grateful to be able to raise my family in a place I know and love.

I am a self-taught photographer and began diving deeper into the photography world in 2015. Photography began as a hobby that has transformed into a journey of capturing precious moments and meeting incredible people along the way. There is something truly magical about capturing those special images and moments that hold the power to last a lifetime. My goal is to freeze time and create visual stories that evoke emotions and preserve memories. Photography has allowed me to explore my creativity and develop my own unique style, making each photograph a reflection of my passion and dedication.

From September through June, you can catch me in my classroom! I am a Junior and High School English Teacher; I guess you can say that I have a lot of passions, because teaching sure is another one of them!

I love creating, reading, watching and playing sports, the Toronto Maple Leafs, travelling, pizza, country music, and simply having fun with people I love.
